On Monday Facebook’s Instagram said that they are checking the features of notifying people about technical issues and outages with the help of a photo-sharing app which directly shows on users’ phones and will tell them about these issues. The feature will help people to know in advance if there is an outage in the future. Facebook’s Instagram will be ready to develop and will promote the photo-sharing app to help the users which they can easily know about the outage and the issues.
Instagrams said in their blog that this test will be run in the United States for few months as they are checking their feature to help people and give them information about these issues. Because many users are worried about they can’t open their accounts and they did not have any clue about this outage and technical issues that’s why Instagram making this Photo-Share app to help users so that it makes things easier to know about these issues and outages.

On 4 October 2021, the technical issue and outage were prevented for 6- hours, the accurate time is not confirmed but around 7: 30 pm Instagram and other messenger apps like WhatsApp and Facebook are facing the outage and technical issue on that day. Which Instagram’s 3.5 billion users can not access their account properly including messenger apps like Whatsapp, Messenger, and Instagram all are outage and stop working for six – hours. Facebook-owned Instagram faced a heavy loss.
According to the reports of Web monitoring group down detector shows that on earlier Monday
many users facing problems with Instagram. Instagram decides to make such type of app which gives alert notification to the users that there are held such technical issue and their account is at risk of being disabled. And don’t worry about the account it will resume after the outage and the technical issue will be solved.
